4. Who receives your data
We work with carefully selected service providers, who process data on our behalf or, where they act on their own account, under their own privacy policies. These include:
- hosting and IT service providers;
- email and communication providers;
- scheduling tools, when you book a call with us;
- analytics providers;
- advertising partners, only if you allow Marketing cookies.
We may also disclose data to authorities or courts where the law requires it, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Transfers abroad
Our service providers may process data outside Switzerland, in the EU/EEA and in the USA. Where the destination country does not offer adequate data protection, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the Swiss–US and EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses.

- Technical data: only for the short period needed to deliver and secure the website.
- Visit statistics: kept in aggregated form, without personal identifiers.
- Data collected with your consent: until you withdraw consent or the data is no longer needed; cookie lifetimes are listed in section 7.

Depending on the applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted or its processing restricted;
